Telstra improves bundles for internet users
Telstra has made further improvements to its services by improving data allowances for some of its most popular internet bundles.
Inclusive data is one of the things many consumers take into consideration when they compare phone plans, especially if they rely heavily on being able to connect to the internet.
The company recognised that people tend to have a number of devices that require access to the internet, including tablets and smartphones, therefore creating the need for a greater allowance.
"We designed the new bundles to allow people to use their devices with confidence, knowing they have data allowances that meet their needs," explained chief customer officer Gordon Ballantyne.
He noted that the new bundles also allow unlimited national voice calls between the landline and up to four mobile services, which will be logged on a single bill.
The new offers go on sale today (February 28) and are available to all residential customers living in National Broadband Network-enabled areas.
It has been announced today that Telstra is making its first superfast 4G tablet and 4G LTE mobile broadband modem available for its pre-paid customers.
