Retention Advisor

As a One Touch Retention Advisor the main purpose of this role is to ensure that MIC customers have the best, most professional and efficient experience when renewing their Energy contracts. You will responsible for managing your own pipeline, and the end to end sales journey of your customers, giving you full control of your own performance.


About You

You will be a driven individual who demonstrates effective sales capability as part of an end to end tele sales process. You will be able manage your individual outcomes while also working towards team targets. You will be someone who understands your target metrics clearly and maximises sales using the opportunities provided.

  • This role will begin working in the office with a view to work 2-3 days per week remotely after an initial training period
