Loans Advisor

  • You will be making calls to our customers who have opted in for a call regarding a business loan application or have used our services in the past and cross-selling. 
  • We can save these businesses the hassle of comparing as we have a panel of 80+ Lenders.

You will be responsible for:

  • Dialling a mixture warm and cold calls from our database for customers who have opted in for our service or used us in the past,
  • Managing and maintaining your pipeline in an autonomous manner,
  • Liaising with the Inbound team,
  • Qualifying customers over the phone to determine if they fit the requirements for a Working Capital, Asset or Property Finance Loans,
  • Following up on leads predominately over the phone and occasionally via emails,
  • Objecting handling over the phone and providing excellent customer service to customers who are proceeding with a business loan.

About You

This role is challenging and exciting. The successful candidate will be a dedicated and driven individual with strong communication skills, resilience, and a desire to succeed.
In addition, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience within either face-to-face or phone-based sales is desired,
  • Capacity to manage your own pipeline of customers and build rapport over the phone,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Resilience and tenacity with a positive attitude,
  • A self-starter, hungry for progression and to make commission,
  • Exceptional time management and organisation skills.
