Appointment Setter

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as a Outbound Sales Agent/Appointment setter for our team of BDM’s. This role will suit a self-motivated, organised and driven individual who is able to manage a pipeline effectively. In this position, you will play a vital role contributing to our Sales Team of BDM’s, supporting them with sourcing new prospects and creating appointments for new businesses by promoting our energy services over the phone and via email to new customers.


  • Lead generation – sourcing the decision maker within the business, engage with customers, understand the customer’s current energy needs, and obtain a qualified lead to send over to our team of BDM’s.
  • Contacting customers via calls and emails whilst researching the business online to source the right contact. Inputting correct data into our CRM to ensure we have updated customer profiles.
  • Working towards different KPIs and targets.
  • Working from a dialler but managing own pipeline effectively.
