Make It Cheaper is aiming to triple in size over the next 12
months, and is currently looking for the right people to join the
team:
- Business Savings Consultants: Full time or part time (Inbound
Sales)
- Home Savings Consultants: Full time or part time (Inbound
Sales)
- Outbound Marketer: Full time or part time (Outbound Sales)
- Sales Team Leader: Full Time (Inbound or Outbound Sales)
- Business Development Manager: Full Time
Business Savings Consultants
Engage business and commercial clients and help save them money
on their energy bills.
Key skills:
- Confidence when speaking to customers
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to overcome
challenges
- A polite telephone manner
- Ability to engage and generate referral business
Package:
- $40k + Super + BONUS (OTE: $75k+)
- Full or Part Time
Home Savings Consultants
Engage home owners and help save them money on their energy
bills.
Key skills:
- Confidence when speaking to customers
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to overcome
challenges
- A polite telephone manner
- Ability to engage and generate referral business
Package:
- $40k + Super + BONUS (OTE: $70k+)

Outbound Marketer
Engage business clients, gaining 'expressions of interest' from
the business owners on whether they would like to receive cheaper
electricity bills and help save them money on their energy
bills.
Key skills:
- Confidence when speaking to customers
- Excellent relationship and rapport building skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to overcome
challenges
- A polite telephone manner
- Good organisational skills, methodical thinking, managing your
own workload
Package:
- $40k + Super + BONUS (OTE: $70k+)
- Full or Part Time
Sales Team Leader
Take ownership of one of the sales teams, adding value in terms
of actual sales, but importantly engaging in team development -
ensuring sales and conversion goals are hit on a daily and weekly
basis.
Key skills:
- Experience in working in and performing in an Inbound or
Outbound Sales Team
- Some Team Leader experience preferable
- Excellent relationship and rapport building skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to overcome
challenges
- Strong sales ability, with a focus on closing deals
Package:
- $44-48k + Super + BONUS (OTE: $80k+)
- Full Time
Business Development Manager
Developing business partnerships with property managers,
property developers and any franchise business.
Work with the Directors to execute strategic marketing to target
commercial clients, implementing a successul client contact
strategy.
Background and experience:
- 3-5 years in B2B business development / sales
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales experience
- Self starter, ambitious, capable of working in an autonomous
environment
- Grafter
Package:
- $70k + Super + BONUS (OTE: $120k uncapped)
- Earnings directly tied to sales revenue
